5 year warranty for body parts, external mechanism, excluding negligence during or after installation

2 year warranty for electrical components.

INAPOD reserves the right to make changes or improvements to the design or specification of the Goods at any time without prior written notice unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Purchaser. Acoustic performance results are based on laboratory testing conditions. Actual performance may vary depending on the installation method, surrounding building structure, and environmental conditions. Office acoustic pods are not intended to be fully soundproof. In accordance with Australian workplace and building safety requirements, occupants must remain able to hear emergency alarms, warning signals, and other safety notifications within the workplace environment.
